300sqft – Single Story (1) Bathroom & (1) Bedroom Addition off the rear of the existing home. Project included new siding/roofing replacement to existing home and garage, reframing/adding 12” eaves/soffit overhangs throughout, Re-framing front gable detail over front porch. Finishes include new LVT wood look flooring, custom walk-in tile shower and niche details. Exterior work also included new custom shower enclosure, fencing, and concrete pads for patio space.
