200sqft – Renovation/New Build within an Existing Garage/Home. Unique project of converting an existing Garage with underutilized 16’ ceilings into a 1st floor new den/living room, while also allowing ground floor garage to be utilized as storage space. Arguably the most importantly/challenging aspect of this project was to ensure the finish product appeared to always have been included within the original construction of the home 4-5 years prior to the renovation. This was accomplished through surgical exterior siding/azek work (thanks to JJ Total Construction) as well as interior trim and hardwood flooring installations. Finishes included Simonton windows, custom trim work, hardwood floors, split unit HVAC. Project also included providing a new composite decking/PT lumber framing on top of existing fiberglass deck in the rear of home.
