A 16’ x 8’ Muilglide slider and 10’ x 4’ Bartop Slider in living room and bar area to allow for maximum indoor/outdoor experiences. Finishes include Custom Kempfer Cabinets and Vanities Quartz Countertops, Tile Walk In showers with tile niches. Tile Wood Look flooring throughout addition and carpet in 2nd floor bedroom, as well as Hydronic Radiant Floor Heating throughout.The project includes all new siding, Azek, and metal roof details throughout including new addition and existing home.
