for the Glenn By The Bay at Veterans Memorial Park native plant gardens project. Congratulations to you and your
construction crew representing Herndon Homes, for a job well done. You didn’t hesitate to take up this slightly
unusual project and were very helpful in navigating the plans, permits, materials and time challenges. Everything
was completed in a timely manner and on budget. The Pavilion is a key piece of what will be a highly visible public
space. When it is populated with interpretative signage, seating, and surrounded with the blooming gardens, it will
become even more of an important asset for the community. The Herndon Homes logo will be proudly displayed on
our Partners sign panel within the Pavilion, and please feel free to use it as a model for future projects !

Taking on our first new home build, we took our time selecting a builder to work with
and we couldn’t be happier with our selection of Eric and Herndon Homes. Eric was
transparent, reliable, accessible (texts, calls, emails), professional, and overall great to
work with. He laid out a detailed plan and timeline to ensure we understood the
process…and then he met those dates and times. He was always available to discuss the
build, questions, and ideas we had, and offered honest feedback. Never felt like he was
trying to “up-sell” us. He took care of any issues that came up, and always made sure
that everything was completed to what we envisioned. Ultimately, we are very happy
with how the house turned out. Eric has continued to offer help and guidance for us
